Organizational records, 1893, 1903-1981, 2001, and undated, include: two anniversary histories and a student paper on Millbrook Level Lodge; reports; various financial records; various membership certificates and applications; correspondence from local, state, and national lodges, members, and officers; newsletters and other published materials; minute books; membership books; treasurer's account, cash, and receipt stub books; ephemera (pins); and miscellaneous. Also included with the Millbrook Lodge records are the records of Blanchard Lodge No. 183 (Blanchard, Mich.), 1903-1932 (.75 cubic ft. of the 4 cubic ft.), including: correspondence; officers' bonds; orders on the treasurer and receipts; a report; ledger books; membership roster books; minute books; and an officers' roll book. The records are important in documenting the lodges at the local level and also because Lewis D. Capen was an active member.
